By the motion and an accompanying affidavit executed by Ms. Abdo-Arrow, the AbdoArrow group seeks leave to substitute Mr. Ron J. Volesky and Mr. Gary J. Montana for its current counsel, Garrett J. Horn. The motion was submitted to the Clerk's office in paper form, rather than via the court's Electronic Case Files ("ECF") system. By the court's Order of January 19, 2007, this case was converted to the ECF system, requiring that all motions be submitted electronically. Nonetheless, the court will treat the Abdo-Arrow group's motion as properly filed and directs the Clerk to file the motion. Future filings must be made via the ECF system. It is so ORDERED.
