PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Rules 26 and 30 of the Federal
Rules of Civil Procedure defendant Pepper Hamilton LLP will take the deposition upon
oral examination of John W. Loofbourrow on May 22, 2006, starting at 10:00 a.m., at the

Philadelphia, Pemisylvania 19130. In accordance with Rule 30(b)(2), the deposition
