The court has reviewed this motion and adopts the following schedule: 1. On or before April 23, 2007, defendant shall file a memorandum explaining whether plaintiff can now file claims with, and receive decisions from, the contracting officer relating to the portions of the relevant complaints that have been dismissed by this court due to lack of jurisdiction. On or before April 30, 2007, plaintiff shall respond to both defendant's motion and defendant's memorandum.
