On the above date and approx. time Sgt. Carpenter Stephanie responded to the cell of Um Bralthwalte Kevin SBI #315294 CL3. ' .
lim Bralthwatte had a sheet tied to U18 Ilght cage hanging down around hls neck. Sgt. Carpenter called for the cell doer to be
open. When the cell door opened IIM Bralthwalte lunged at Sgt. Carpenter. Sgt. Carpenter sprayed llm Bralthwalte tn the face.
Ilm Bralthwatto was than taken out of the cell and sean by medical. lIm: Braithwatte was than taken back to the cell stripped out
