Ms. Alisha Burris, formerly of the Colorado Attorney General's Office,

previously entered her appearance as counsel for the Defendants. 2. Ms. Burris left the Attorney General's Office at the end of April, 2007, to

move to Utah. As Ms. Burris is no longer employed by the Attorney General's Office, she is unavailable to sign this motion herself. Undersigned counsel submits this Motion to Withdraw on Ms. Burris' behalf.

The Clerk of the U.S. District Court asked the Attorney General's Office to

file a Motion to Withdraw on Ms. Burris' behalf in this case. 4. 5. This case will not by affected by Ms. Burris' withdrawal. Because Plaintiff is currently incarcerated, undersigned counsel was unable

to confer with him before filing this motion as required by D.C.COLO.LCivR 7.1(A). WHEREFORE, undersigned counsel respectfully requests that this Court allow Ms. Alisha Burris to withdraw as counsel for Defendants Larry Embry, Captain Todd and Teri Reed in this case.
