The Plaintiff asks the Court to clarify whether it s will allow his expert, Laura Voight, to appear by telephone at the Fed. R. Evid. 702 hearing set for May 11, 2006. With regard to the request for telephonic testimony, sufficient cause has not been shown in light of the nature of the issue to be heard. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Motion for Clarification (#234) is GRANTED. The Court DENIES the Plaintiff' request to allow Ms. Voight to testify by s telephone.
