entered in favor of the Defendants, Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining Company, Anglogold (Colorado) Corporation, Anglogold North America Inc., and Golden Cycle Gold Corporation, and against the Plaintiffs, Sierra Club and Mineral Policy Center, on all claims.
