Clawson and against Defendants Mountain Coal Company, LLC; Arch Western Resources, LLC; and Arch Coal, Inc., in the amount of $540,991.07, with interest on this sum pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961 from March 28, 2007. In addition, judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff Clawson and against the Defendants for attorney's fees in the amount of $453,806.16, expenses in the amount of $25,661.41, and costs in the amount previously taxed by the Clerk of the Court on April 27, 2007 (# 469), plus additional costs in the amount of $1,146.99, with interest on these

sums accruing pursuant to 28 U.S.C § 1961 from the date of this Amended Judgment. Furthermore, judgment is hereby entered in favor of Defendants Mountain Coal Company, LLC; Arch Western Resources, LLC; and Arch Coal, Inc. and against Plaintiffs Jared L. Dillon, Thomas E. Richards, and John R. Bartlett, with costs as taxed by the Clerk on April 27, 2007 (# 466-468), with interest accruing on those costs pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961 from the date of this Amended Judgment. This Judgment amends and supersedes the Court's Judgment (# 457) of March 28, 2007, to the extent that the prior Judgment is incomplete or inconsistent with this Amended Judgment.
