UNOPPOSED MOTION TO FILE PRE-TRIAL ORDER AND JURY INSTRUCTIONS ONE DAY LATE

Defendants PILATUS BUSINESS AIRCRAFT, LTD and PILATUS FLUGZEUGWERKE AG/ PILATUS AIRCRAFT, LTD ("Pilatus"), by their attorney, move the Court to extend time to file the joint pre-trial order and jury instructions tomorrow, November 9th. There was some confusion over the due date because of the Veteran's Day court holiday. That combined with the fact that plaintiffs' counsel is traveling made it impossible for all parties to coordinate the joint filing today, November 8, 2006. All parties agree to this extension. WHEREFORE, Pilatus defendants respectfully request that an extension be granted to November 9, 2006 to file the pre-trial order and jury instructions.
