JUDGMENT ______________________________________________________________________________ Pursuant to the Stipulated Motion for Dismissal with Prejudice and Entry of Stipulated Judgment, filed September 15, 2006 [171], it is ORDERED that judgment is entered in favor of the plaintiff Attorney Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. and it shall have and recover the amount of $968,422.00 jointly and severally from defendants Proland Management, LLC, Craig Nelson and Tom Warnes. It is FURTHER ORDERED that post judgment interest shall accrue at the statutory rate of 5.02% from the date of entry of judgment.
