A pretrial conference was held on May 2, 2006. Pursuant to that conference, counsel for plaintiff submitted a proposed Final Pretrial Order which did not include the defendants' lists of witnesses and exhibits. On May 12, 2006, counsel for defendants filed a motion for extension of time to designate witnesses and exhibits and submitted their designation with that motion. It is now ORDERED that the defendants' motion is granted and the submitted Defendants' Designation of Witnesses and Exhibits is added to the Final Pretrial Order submitted by the plaintiff and shall constitute the Final Pretrial Order in this case.
