Please take notice that the Plaintiffs, the Trustees of the Colorado Ironworkers Pension Fund, Trustees of the Colorado Statewide Iron Workers (Erector) Joint Apprenticeship and Training Fund, Trustees of the Ironworkers Welfare Plan of Colorado and Trustees of the Colorado Iron Workers Annuity Trust Fund, by their undersigned counsel, hereby release their Judgment Lien recorded in the records of the Clerk and Recorder of El Paso County on July 1, 2003. 1. On May 13, 2003, the Court entered its Final Judgment in the above-referenced

matter, granting the Trustees judgment in the amount of $162,107.32. 2. The Trustees recorded their Transcript of Judgment with the Clerk and Recorder

of El Paso County at Reception No. 203150144 on July 1, 2003.

The Trustees hereby release any claim they might have had on the property of
