KELLY and against the above-named Defendant, METALLICS WEST INC. in the above-entitled action on the 12th day of January, 2004, in the total amended sum of $211,887.85, including all costs and attorney's fees, and the Plaintiff, BEVERLY J. KELLY acknowledges payment of said judgment, costs and interest in full and desires to release this amended judgment and hereby fully and completely satisfy the same. Plaintiff, BEVERLY J. KELLY also agrees to the full and complete release of the surety bond filed with this court in the amount of $423,775.70.
