ORDER DIRECTING PAYMENT OF RECEIVER'S FEES AND EXPENSES

THE COURT, having reviewed the Unopposed Motion for Payment of Receiver's Fees and Expenses (doc. #199), dated December 7, 2007, and the Receiver's Ninth and Final Application for Fees and Expenses for the Period from October 1, 2007 through November 30, 2007 and for Estimated Fees and Expenses to be Incurred Thereafter ("Final Fee Application") attached thereto, and being advised in the premises, finds that the amounts requested by the Receiver for its professional fees and out-of-pocket expenses are reasonable. The Court ORDERS that the Unopposed Motion for Payment of Receiver's Fees and Expenses is GRANTED. The Court FURTHER ORDERS that the Clerk of the Court shall pay $31,738.74 to Patten, MacPhee & Associates, Inc., which funds are to be drawn first from the interest portion of the funds held in the registry of the Court under this case name and number.
