ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING PAYMENT OF ALLOWED CLAIMS

THE COURT having reviewed the Unopposed Motion for Order Authorizing and Directing Payment of Allowed Claims (doc. #186) ("Motion") filed September 7, 2007, and being advised in the premises, finds that the relief requested in the Motion is reasonable and justified under the circumstances of this receivership estate. It is ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall pay a total of $23,625 to the claimants identified in Exhibit A to the Motion from the principal portion of the funds held in the registry of this Court under this case name and number. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the payment of any claim pursuant to this order remains subject to the Receiver's ongoing review for duplicate claims and the Receiver shall have the

authority to withhold delivery of any check issued pursuant to this order, if it subsequently discovers that the payment of any claim identified in Exhibit A to the Motion would result in the payment of a duplicate claim. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the Receiver may continue to supplement Receiver's Combined Status Report and Motion for Order Authorizing and Directing Payment of Allowed Claims and to Set Hearing Date on Claimants' Motions for Review by Court dated July 27, 2007 at any time prior to the hearing set for October 15, 2007, in order to seek the Court's order to authorize and direct payment of any additional claim considered, or reconsidered, by the Receiver after the date of the Receiver's Motion.
