ORDER DIRECTING PAYMENT OF RECEIVER'S FEES AND EXPENSES

The Court has reviewed the Motion for Payment of Receiver's Fees and Expenses dated April 17, 2007, and the Receiver's Sixth Application for Fees and Expenses attached thereto and, being advised in the premises, finds that the amount requested by the Receiver for its professional fees and out-of-pocket expenses during the period January 1, 2007 through March 31, 2007 is reasonable. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall pay $34,583.85 to Patten, MacPhee & Associates, Inc., which funds are to be drawn first from the interest portion of the funds held in the registry of this Court under this case name and number.
