ORDER DIRECTING PAYMENT OF RECEIVER'S INITIAL FEES AND EXPENSES The Court has reviewed the Receiver's Initial Application for Fees and Expenses, and considered the SEC's position that it has no objection to the payment of $18,099.05 from the funds that have been deposited into the registry of the Court. The defendants have not filed any response to the application. The Court being fully advised finds that the Receiver's initial application is reasonable. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall pay $18,099.05 to Patten, MacPhee & Associates, Inc. which funds are to be drawn from funds held in the registry of this court under this case name and number.
