Pro se Plaintiff has failed to appear. No counsel appears on behalf of Defendants Pollit or Patch. Thomas Kolle, Custodian of Records, from the Fort Lyon Correctional Facility is also present by telephone. Mr. Kolle informs the court that Plaintiff was discharged on February 25, 2005. Plaintiff' s address registered with the Bureau of Prisons is: Boulder Homeless Shelter, 4869 North Broadway, Boulder CO 80304. The records reflect that his telephone number as (303) 4492823. The court notes that it appears that Defendants Shelly Pollit and Deborah Patch have not been served. ORDERED: A show cause order shall issue as to why Plaintiff Thompson' case against s Defendants Pollit and Patch should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute. The show cause order will address Plaintiff' failure to provide his current address. The show cause order will s also include Plaintiff' failure to prosecute against the other remaining defendants. s ORDERED: The Clerk of court shall update Plaintiff' address to reflect: The Boulder Homeless s Shelter, 4869 North Broadway, Boulder, Colorado 80304, and his telephone number to (303) 449-2823.
