A. vs. Jason Coleman Docket Number: 01-cr-00321-LTB-10 Petition on Supervised Release COMES NOW, Kurt Pierpont, probation officer of the court, presenting an official report upon the conduct and attitude of Jason Coleman who was placed on supervision by the Honorable Lewis T. Babcock sitting in the court at Denver, Colorado, on the 28th day of March, 2003, who fixed the period of supervision at three (3) years, and imposed the general terms and conditions theretofore adopted by the court and also imposed special conditions and terms as follows: No special conditions of supervised release were imposed. RESPECTFULLY PRESENTING PETITION FOR ACTION OF COURT FOR CAUSE AS FOLLOWS:

In December 2006, defendant wrote to the probation office requesting placement in a Residential Re-entry Center upon defendant' release from the Bureau of Prisons. Defendant said he had no living s arrangements, and wants to succeed when he is released from custody. On January 29, 2007, and February 22, 2007, respectively, the defendant and his attorney executed a form entitled " Waiver of Hearing to Modify Conditions of Probation/Supervised Release or Extend Term of Supervision"which waives the right to a hearing and agrees to the proposed modification of the conditions of supervised release. Assistant U.S. Attorney Mark Barrett has been consulted and has no objection to the proposed modification. PRAYING THAT THE COURT WILL ORDER the modification of the defendant' conditions of s supervised release to include a special condition requiring that: The defendant shall reside in a Residential Re-entry Center for a period of up to six (6) months to commence as directed by the probation officer, and shall observe the rules of that facility. ORDER OF THE COURT Considered and ordered this 28th day of February , 2007, and ordered filed and made a part of the record in the above case.
