JOINT STATUS REPORT

The government, through Assistant United States Attorney Gregory H. Rhodes, and defendant Jason Price and his attorney John M. Richilano submit this Joint Status Report pursuant to this Court's order of January 29, 2007 [Doc. #438]. The parties state that the reasons incorporated in the previous status reports still exist and that Mr. Richilano is involved in a multi week trial in Federal Court and as a result the parties request the Court to grant an additional sixty days to file a notice of disposition.
