UNOPPOSED MOTION TO RESET STATUS CONFERENCE
Defendant Jason Price, by and through his attorney, John M. Richilano, hereby moves the Court to reset the Status Conference which is presently set for Monday, June 6, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. As grounds, undersigned counsel states as follows: 1. Undersigned counsel is in trial in People v. Homaidan Al-Turki, Arapahoe

County District Court, Case No. 05-CR-1571, which was originally set for two weeks beginning June 13, 2006. However, due to a variety of unanticipated delays, the trial will continue through the week of June 26, 2006. 2. Accordingly, undersigned counsel has an unexpected conflict and will not

be able to attend the Status Conference which is set in this matter on Monday, June 26, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. 3. Undersigned counsel and AUSA Gregory Rhodes have conferred on this

matter and the government has no objection to the continuance. In fact, Mr. Rhodes is
