completed by beth sides. Depositions are in the process of being scheduled fur
December for the parties and key witnesses.
Mr. Hall has requested a one-month extension of the discovery deadline in crder
te take the dcpcrsitien cf Plaintiffs expert and to allow Plaintiff to take the deposition cf
Dcfenda,nt`s expert, who has not yet been identified. I have no objection to his request.
ln my review ofthe brief schedule, it appears to rne diat we are still en track. The
original mediation date was postponed and the new rnediatien date is April 23, 2035.
