Defendant admits to the allegations contained in the Petition for Violations of Supervised Release. Ms. Grady addresses sentencing. Comments by Ms. Davies. Court concludes defendant has violated the terms and conditions of supervised release. ORDERED: Supervised Release is REVOKED. ORDERED: Defendant shall be imprisoned for 8 months. Court RECOMMENDS that the Bureau of Prisons place the defendant at FCI Englewood, CO. Ms. Nuanes requests that the defendant be advised of his obligation to register quarterly as a sex offender in the county that he resides and works. Comments by Ms. Grady advising that the defendant is aware of that obligation although there will be no further supervised release. ORDERED: Court directs the Probation Officer to provide the appropriate language the Court should advise defendants for both Change of Plea and sentencing hearings. ORDERED: Defendant advised of right to appeal. Any notice of appeal must be filed within 10 days. ORDERED: Defendant is REMANDED to the custody of the U.S. Marshal. 9:49 a.m. COURT IN RECESS 15 minutes
