Defendant present and on bond Court' comments s This matter is before the court for hearing on the petition of the supervising probation officer to modify defendant' conditions of supervised release in the following s three particulars: that defendant shall participate in a program for testing and treatment for alcohol abuse as directed by the probation officer until such time as he is released from the program by the probation officer and abstain from the use of alcohol or other intoxicants during the course of treatment, and pay 1

the cost of treatment as directed; that he undergo an evaluation and ingest monitored Antabuse, if not medically contraindicated, until his period of supervision expires or is directed by the probation officer, and pay the costs as directed; that he reside in a residential reentry center for a period of up to 120 days, to commence as directed by the probation officer, observing the rules of that facility. Ms. Jones' comments - the defendant does not contest the first two proposed modifications. The defendant contests the third modification. Mr. Allison' comments s Ms. Jones' comments - the defendant is not disputing the factual assertions by the probation officer underlying his request for this one modification. She has reviewed those allegations with him.
