MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL
William L. Taylor hereby files this Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Plaintiff, the United States of America, and to terminate future service of Electronic Court filings (ECF) in this matter. As grounds therefor, the undersigned states that he is no longer associated with the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Colorado, is thus no longer an "Attorney for the Government" within the meaning of Fed. R. Crim. P. 1(b)(1) and cannot serve as counsel of record for the United States of America. The undersigned has been informed that Assistant United States Attorney Robert Brown has been assigned and has or will enter his appearance on behalf of the Plaintiff in this matter. Accordingly, the undersigned hereby respectfully requests that the Court grant this Motion to Withdraw and that he be terminated from service of further ECF notices in this matter.
