Watanabe Based upon the Order from the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit dated October 5, 2006 (Docket No. 115), it is hereby ORDERED that the parties shall forthwith meet and confer to see if they can agree upon an amount of attorney fees that Plaintiff/Counterclaim Defendant/Appellant should pay to Defendant/Crossclaim-Plaintiff/Counterclaim Plaintiff/Appellee. If the parties can agree, then they shall file their written stipulation as to attorney fees with the court on or before October 30, 2006.
