Oral findings and conclusions of law are made of record and incorporated herein. ORDER: M otion for Extension of Time (Doc. #325) is granted in part and denied in part. M otion for Extension of Time to Submit Stipulated Facts (Doc. #330) is granted in part and denied in part. The joint statement of claim and defenses, stipulated facts, and all pretrial motions, including 702 motions, shall be filed on or before 5:00 p.m. July 11, 2005. All of these documents will be filed or a motion to dismiss will be filed and failing those two alternatives, the Court will impose sanctions.
