Chiles Power Supply Co., Nos. 04-1261, 04-1263, 2005 WL 3481481, at *17-20 (10th Cir. Dec. 20, 2005) (copy attached), in support of its pending Motion To Amend Judgments (Doc. #268), filed on August 26, 2005. The opinion affirms Chief Jde acc'order awarding ug B boks prejudgment interest reported in Loughridge v. Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co., 281 F. Supp. 2d 1252 (D. Colo. 2003) and discusses application of C.R.S. 5-12-102(1)(b) to the facts of that case.
