In support thereof, the parties have entered into a Stipulation Regarding Confidentiality, which is attached hereto, as Exhibit A.1 WHEREFORE, in accordance with the parties' Stipulation Regarding Confidentiality, Defendants Brown & Bigelow, Inc. and William Smith, Jr. respectfully request that the Court enter the attached Order Regarding Confidentiality.
