COURTROOM MINUTES / MINUTE ORDER STATUS CONFERENCE Court in Session 10:16 a.m. Court calls case. Appearances of counsel. Pro se Plaintiff has failed to appear. The court reviews the status of the case. Mr. Kennedy states that Pro se Plaintiff did give him a new address that would be effective as of today. However, Mr. Kennedy does not have that address with him today. Once he returns to his office, he will notify the court of the new address. Mr. Kennedy and Mr. Farry both inform the court that they spoke with Pro se Plaintiff over the telephone, and that he requested that they bring certain discovery to the hearing today. ORDERED: A Show Cause Hearing is set on August 25, 2005, at 8:30 a.m. The show cause hearing will address Plaintiff' failure to appear, prosecute, and provide the court with a current s address. ORDERED: Counsel are granted leave to file any appropriate motion for costs and attorney fees related to today' hearing. s ORDERED: Mr. Kennedy shall contact the court, and remaining counsel, today to provide the new mailing address for Plaintiff. Once the new address is received, the clerk' office shall s amend the Plaintiff' address accordingly. s
