Requests for Admissions and Plaintiffs' Second Set of Interrogatories and Requests for Production of Documents, up to and including December 20, 2005. 1. On October 20, 2005, the twenty-six Plaintiffs in this matter each filed a second
set of interrogatories, a second set of requests for production of documents, and a first set of requests for admissions. 2. Given the volume of information to be gathered for each of the twenty-six
Plaintiffs, Defendant requests a 30 day extension of time in which to answer the written discovery, up to and including December 20, 2005. 3. Defense counsel certifies that prior to filing the instant motion, they conferred
with Plaintiffs' counsel pursuant to D.COLO.LCivR 7.1(A). Plaintiffs' counsel does not oppose the instant motion. WHEREFORE Defendant requests that the Court grant the instant motion and allow Defendant a 30 day extension of time in which to answer Plaintiffs' Second Set of Interrogatories, Plaintiffs' Second Set of Requests for Production of Documents, and Plaintiffs' First Set of Requests for Admissions, up to and including December 20, 2005.
