have agreed to this stipulation in order to allow the parties to resolve potential discovery disputes
and to work cooperatively to schedule fact witness and expert depositions. Specifically, thc
parties have stipuiated tc extend the current discovery deadline of December 30, 2005 to .;
; to extend the period for disclosing the Rule 26 reports for retained experts on issues for
which a party has the burden of proof from Segtember30, 2005 until November 1, 2005; and to
