Babcock on January 13, 2006 [Doc. 32], incorporated herein by reference, it is ORDERED the documents identified as Bates Numbers 750-758 are not covered by FOIA Exemption 5, 5 U.S.C. § 552(b)(5), and must be released to Hull and documents identified as Bates Numbers 2927-2928 and 4989-4990 have been redacted in compliance with FOIA Exemption 5, 5 U.S.C. § 552(b)(5), and may be released to Hull with redactions. Pursuant to and in accordance with the Order entered by Chief Judge Lewis T Babcock on May 30, 2006 [Doc. 53], incorporated herein by reference, it is therefore ORDERED that judgment is entered in accordance with the Court' s previous Orders of December 20, 2005 [Doc. 28] and January 13, 2006 [Doc. 32]. FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff Mary M. Hull is awarded attorney fees of $28,950.00 and costs of $570.00 for a total amount of $29,520.00. It is FURTHER ORDERED that post judgment interest shall accrue as provided by law. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the Complaint and this civil action are closed.
