Plaintiff is cautioned that as previously directed under the Order Granting Leave To Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915, issued on June 11, 2004, plaintiff must make the monthly filing fee payment or show cause each month as to why he has no assets and no means by which to make the monthly payment, or face dismissal of this lawsuit without further notice. Current certified copies of plaintiff' inmate trust account statement are needed to s demonstrate cause as to why an inmate has no assets and no means by which to make the monthly payment.
