Ms. Shea recently accepted an offer of employment from the University of Colorado and will be terminating her employment with Senter Goldfarb & Rice, L.L.C., effective August 5, 2005. As a result, good cause exists to allow Ms. Shea to withdraw as counsel in this matter.
