ORDER RE: DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER

This matter having come before the Court on the Motion for Protective Order filed by Defendants Jobson Publishing, LLC and Postgraduate Institute for Medicine, Inc., and the Court having reviewed said motion and being fully advised in the premises, HEREBY ORDERS that the Motion for Protective Order is GRANTED. Plaintiff's Notice of Deposition dated November 21, 2005 is stricken. Plaintiff shall not conduct his proposed 30(b)(6) deposition on December 1, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. Plaintiff shall also refrain from conducting any additional discovery with respect to the issue of the proper defendant until the issues raised in his Expedited Motion to Extend Deadline for Amending Complaint to Include Proper Defendants Or Alternatively, to Shorten Defendants' Time to Respond to Plaintiff's 30(B)(6) Notice of Deposition and Request for Production of Documents and Defendants' Response to said motion have been resolved.
