ORDER RE: MOTION TO WITHDRAW OBJECTION TO DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR A CONTINUANCE

This matter is before me this Court on Defendants' Motions for Continuance of the trial, which is currently set to commence October 31, 2005. Plaintiffs filed a response objecting to such continuance and later withdrew that response based upon the discovery of new information which may be relevant to this case and desired by Defendants. The Court finds and Orders that the trial set for October 31, 2005, is hereby vacated, and the parties are hereby Ordered to cooperate in the setting of a new scheduling conference so that modified Scheduling Order may be obtained.
