THIS MATTER having come before the Court upon the Stipulation for Dismissal with Prejudice filed by Plaintiff High View Homes, LLC and Defendants Investors Underwriting Mangers, Inc., Investors Insurance Company of America, now known as Specialty Surplus Insurance Company, and Evanston Insurance Company, and the Court having reviewed the Stipulation and its file and being fully advised in the premises, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Stipulation for Dismissal With Prejudice is hereby made an Order of this Court, and all claims in this action are hereby dismissed with prejudice, each party to bear its own fees and costs.
