COAN Plaintiff filed a document on June 20, 2005 asserting that defense counsel has not produced documents requested by plaintiff in discovery. To the extent plaintiff is asking the court to compel defendants to produce the requested documents under Fed.R.Civ.P. 37(a), the court is unable to rule on plaintiff' motion until plaintiff advises the court s specifically what documents he asked defendants to produce. See D.C.COLO.LCivR 37.1 (" motion under Fed.R.Civ.P. 26 or 37 . . . shall set forth verbatim the [request for A production] to which the motion is directed." Accordingly, it is ) HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff shall file a document with the court, on or before July 8, 2005, stating specifically what documents he requested from the defendants in discovery.
