Plaintiff PolyRock Technologies, LLC and defendant Kevin Kissire move for entry of the Permanent Injunction attached hereto as Exhibit 1. As grounds for this motion, PolyRock and Kissire state: 1. On June 23, 2005, PolyRock personally served Kissire with a copy of the First Amended Complaint in this action. Kissire did not answer or otherwise respond thereto and the Clerk entered his default on July 29, 2005. 2. PolyRock and Kissire agree that venue is proper in this District pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1391. 3. PolyRock and Kissire agree that PolyRock is entitled to the entry of the attached Permanent Injunction as relief on its claims and further agree that, upon entry of the Permanent
