counsel has agreed to cancel the depositions and withdraw the subpoenas for the depositions of the following individuals: Margaret Krehbiel; William Conner; Joel Stevenson; Shelly Rodriguez; Records Custodian of Jennifer Kowalski, D.V.D.; and Records Custodian of Montezuma County D.A.'s Office.

Based upon Plaintiff's counsel's cancellation of the foregoing depositions and the
