Pursuant to this Court's Minute Order of January 16, 2007, Plaintiff-Counterclaim Defendant Qwest Corp. and Defendant-Counterclaim Plaintiff AT&T Corp. and its subsidiaries, respectfully submit the following Status Report. On March 14, 2007, the Tenth Circuit panel hearing the 28 U.S.C. § 1292(b) interlocutory appeal in this matter affirmed the District Court's ruling. A copy of the opinion is attached. The parties request a period of thirty days in which to explore, in light of the Tenth Circuit's decision, the possibility of resolving this and other pending litigation between the parties.
