S HAFFER A review of the minutes from the final pretrial conference held on June 27, 2005, indicates that Plaintiff was to submit a revised exhibit list to the final pretrial order no later than July 6, 2005. As of the date of this order Plaintiff has not complied with the court' request. It is s therefore ORDERED that the deadline for Plaintiff submit a revised exhibit list, consistent with the court' comments from the bench during the June 27, 2005 hearing, is extended to August 31, s 2005.
