Comes now the United States of America, by and through Assistant United States Attorney David M. Conner, and respectfully informs this Court that the government has no objection to early termination of the defendant's supervision in the above-captioned matter. The government has filed a motion permitting destruction of one firearm with an accompanying proposed order and would appreciate the Court acting upon that motion before officially closing this file.
