The United States of America, by and through William J. Leone, United States Attorney for the District of Colorado, and the undersigned Assistant United States Attorney, hereby moves the Court to dismiss the Indictment as it pertains to Humberto Martinez. The defendant has plead guilty to Count One of the Information and will be sentenced Friday, June 16th at 11:00 a.m. Wherefore, premises considered, the United States respectfully requests that the Indictment be dismissed as to Defendant Humberto Martinez.
