MOTION TO DISMISS WRIT OF GARNISHMENT

Plaintiff, United States of America, by its undersigned attorneys, moves this Court for an order dismissing the writ of garnishment issued on February 1, 2008, directed to the above-named garnishee. As grounds therefor, Plaintiff states: 1. Judgment was entered herein on August 16, 2005, in the amount of $2,211.00. 2. A Writ of Garnishment was issued on February 1, 2008 against garnishee GEVITY, People 1st. 3. The garnishment should be dismissed because the defendant does not currently work for the garnishee.
