The defendant would request a change of plea hearing for the court to consider the proposed plea agreement; the defendant would also request this court vacate the trial date set for March 20, 2006. The parties jointly request that the Court set the Change of Plea hearing at last sixty days from the date of this notice due to legal issues that the parties are resolving and transcripts that need to be obtained.
