SUPPLEMENT TO "GOVERNMENT'S MOTION FOR A SENTENCING HEARING"

The United States of America, by Assistant United States Attorney James R. Allison, supplements its "Motion for a Sentencing Hearing" (Doc. 48), as follows: Since the filing of the government's Motion for a Sentencing Hearing on August 31, 2006, the undersigned Assistant United States Attorney has learned of additional alleged conduct causing the government to request sentencing. The undersigned Assistant United States Attorney has been advised by Senior U.S. Probation Officer Patrick J. Lynch that a urine sample submitted by the Defendant on August 24, 2006 has shown to be positive for the presence of cocaine. Additionally, Senior U.S. Probation Officer Lynch has advised that the Defendant has been associating with a person who has been convicted of a felony and who is currently on federal supervised release in the District of Colorado. Senior U.S. Probation Officer Lynch has also advised that the Defendant in

October of 2006 changed her residence without prior notification of the probation officer. The government, therefore, gives notice to the Court and to the Defendant that the matters alleged above are additional grounds for the government seeking a sentencing hearing in this matter.
