The United States of America by and through William J. Leone, United States Attorney and Joseph Mackey, Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Colorado, moves this Court to dismiss the Indictment in the above-captioned matter. This motion is filed in consideration of the Plea Agreement and the defendant's guilty plea to a one count Information in this case.
