This matter came before the Court on Land O' Lake's Unopposed Motion To Enlarge Discovery Deadline And Rebuttal Expert Report Deadline. Having reviewed the moving and opposition papers, and all evidence and arguments presented to the Court, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion is GRANTED. As such, the discovery deadline set forth in the Scheduling Order is hereby extended to September 1, 2005 and the rebuttal expert disclosure deadline is extended to July 25, 2005.
